Learning Objective

1.N3 Demonstrate an understanding of the concept of counting:

  • by indicating that the last number stated specifies "how many";
  • by showing that every set has a unique "count";
  • by using the strategy of counting forward;
  • by using equal parts or groups to count the elements of a set.

Activity

Students will practice counting from 1 to 10 by counting smoothie ingredients.
