About Me

I have always been passionate about education, with a particular interest in how we learn foreign languages. After majoring in French at Queen's University, I began my teaching career in ESL, working in both Canada and Japan. My curiosity about language acquisition has also led me to develop language-learning apps and to study additional languages, including Spanish, German, and Japanese. These experiences have deepened my belief that meaningful language learning happens through authentic communication. As a French teacher, my goal is to create a fun, inclusive classroom where students feel confident speaking and using French in real-world contexts.
