One day my students decided they just had to know what their teacher looked like in a kimono so they stayed after class to dress me up. Did you know that it takes 40 minutes to put on a kimono?

During my 3rd teaching contract in Okinawa, this was one of my younger cuter students. We always had a lot of fun together.

During my 3rd teaching contract I lived in Okinawa, which is very close to Taiwan. This was a little 3-day side trip to Japan where I got to experience a taste of another part of Asia.

During my sixth trip to Japan, I met a Junior High School teacher and his friend. When I mentioned that the next day was my birthday, they just decided to throw me a birthday party on the spot at a nearby restaurant.

During my fifth trip to Japan, I had a chance to visit OK. This is nearby Osaka Castle during Cherry blossom season.
